Fire Sprinkler Estimator – Essex - £42,000

I am currently working with a well-established fire suppression company who, due to growth, are seeking a fire sprinkler estimator to join the team.

Salary package:

£35,000 - £42,000
Travel card/potentially company vehicle (up for discussion)
20 days holidays + bank
Laptop & phone
Hybrid working
Medical insurance for all staff

Estimator’s duties :

Submission of fire & Security tenders
Carrying out fire & Security estimates
Working for invitations to tender, not bd required and all warm leads from existing clients.
Ensuring all deadlines are met
Liaising with clients & contractors
Variations & procurement
Finalise tender bids
Secure contracts ready for handover to the maintenance team
Understand and scrutinise sub-contractor quotations
Understand price points and have out sourced clients for parts
Be able to use estimation software
Present bid and no bid proposals to the directors
Site visits
