In the heart of Hoddesdon, North Hertfordshire, a 11-18 Secondary School is searching for a Subject Leader of Geography that can teach across key stage 3 to key stage 5 to join them from January 2025 on a permanent basis, employed directly by the school.
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Subject Leader of Geography who is keen to add value to an expanding Humanities department. * Geography is part of a large humanities department
* Two experienced Geography Teachers that are senior leaders in the school
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* QTS/QTLS
* Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level.
* You must be able to work as part of an excellent Geography department.
* Must be willing to listen to feedback
