This school provides a high standard of education and focuses on students of all ages with SEMH needs and provides them with a daily structure and routine to ensure the best learning environment for their individual needs.
The school is looking for a determined Primary Teacher for permanent position. The successful Primary Teacher will be confident and adaptable in working Key Stage1/KS1 And Key Stage2/KS2 helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours.
The successful Teacher will have the following:
Experience working with SEMH students
QTS - ECTs are welcome to apply!
A calm, patient, and caring personality
A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
Excellent classroom management
