SEN Teacher/Support Staff - Crawley
Location: Crawley
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate: £130 - £250 per day
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, promoting progress and engagement.
Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver one-on-one or small group support.
Monitor and assess student development, offering guidance and feedback.
Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with parents and other professionals.
Requirements:
Experience in working with children with SEN or in a similar support role.
Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting SEN students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
