Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

Job Description
A new and unique opportunity is available with a growing regional contractor who are recruiting for a senior estimator with pre-construction capability to join the senior management team in the further development of the business.
Based from their West Yorkshire base they operate across the commercial industrial newbuild sectors, as well as covering some elements of civils. Therefore, they would welcome candidates with a good knowledge and network within the Yorkshire and Northeast who have operated in complementary contracting markets.
The position whilst being a lead role, would be required to be hands on estimating and tie in with the senior operational managers in terms of bid / pre-construction.
However, for the successful candidate the opportunity offers a competitive salary and package, profit share, flexible working, good levels of autonomy and the career development.
