We have an exciting opportunity for an Integration Test Manager to join an expanding team working for a company who provide automation materials handling and warehouse management software solutions for the distribution sector.

£65,000 - £70,000 + Company Car/Allowance + Healthcare

This role requires a background in industrial automation ideally within warehouse management.
Integration Test Manager - The Role:
⦁ Work with solutions team in the development of contractual test requirements for an Automated warehouse proposal
⦁ Ensure that the testing scripts are suitable and sufficient to meet contractual requirements for testing and customer requirements for appropriate functionality of the integrated solution and that they are agreed with the customer.
⦁ Ensure any non-compliances raised within any aspect of testing during the project are adequately recorded and closed out.
⦁ Carry out, or ensure that all appropriate testing activities are completed; including, but not limited to:
⦁ Supplier Quality Checks, Supplier Factory Acceptance Tests, Customer Acceptance Tests, Software BETA testing, Hardware Nodal Test, Equipment Safety Tests, Sub-System Testing (Either internal or external supplier systems), Software FATs, Customer UATs, Contractual Performance Tests (Handover and post-handover)
⦁ Support technical designers, by providing test data as a tool to aid solution development throughout the project.
⦁ Manage the Integration Test engineers as their direct line manager
⦁ Monitor system performance after customer take-over
⦁ Lead continuous improvement initiatives with respect to testing of Automated solutions, including the development of test tools to support pre or post sale activities.
Integration Test Manager - The Person:
⦁ Graduate Level education in a technical discipline (Engineering, Software, Quality Management, Compliance)
⦁ Able to understand and interpret technical data.
⦁ Has worked within the Automated Warehouse industry or related sector and had exposure to WMS/WCS technology.
⦁ Organised and able to prioritise and make balanced decisions.
⦁ Ability to manage a team of direct reports, influence peers and work in a project matrix based organisation.
⦁ Detail & Quality focused
Located in Northamptonshire, this role would be commutable from Northampton, Wellinborough, Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas.
