We are seeking a highly skilled Roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in roofing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and a passion for delivering top-notch roofing solutions in a modular construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Install roofs on our modular buildings using various materials such as shingles, metal, rubber, and other roofing products.
*
Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess the quality and detect any potential issues.
*
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.
*
Ensure all roofing work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
*
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
*
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
• Sika Saranfil or fire stone rubber guard tickets (desirable but not essential as training can be given)
• flat roofing experience (essential)
• modular building or joinery experience (preferred but not essential)
•harness training (preferred but training can be given)
•experienced working at height
• used to using power tools and hand tools
