Join our team:
We are looking for a Semi-Skilled Roofer to join our growing team. You will need to have some experience in roofing and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry. This role requires a solid work ethic, the ability to work under the guidance of skilled roofers, and a commitment to delivering quality work in a modular construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs on modular buildings using various materials such as shingles, metal, rubber, and other roofing products.
*
Support skilled roofers in conducting inspections of roofs to assess quality and detect any potential issues.
*
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure roofing projects are completed efficiently.
*
Adhere to all safety regulations and company standards while performing roofing tasks.
*
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively.
*
Provide support in addressing client concerns and questions professionally.
Qualifications:
Essential:
• flat roofing experience
•experienced working at height
• used to using power tools and hand tools
Preferred:
• Sika Saranfil or fire stone rubber guard tickets (training can be given)
• modular building or joinery experience
•harness training (training can be given)
