The Role: We are seeking an Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team. This role involves servicing commercial buildings throughout zones 1 and 2 of London. All tools and materials are provided on-site.
Responsibilities:
Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis.
Perform fault finding and plant adjustments, inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks as per contract specifications.
Carry out multi-skilled duties, including re-lamping luminaires, fault finding in electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleaning foul water systems, drains, and more.
Conduct reactive and extra work requirements in line with engineering standards and HASAWA legislation.
Adhere to Health & Safety Policies and statutory obligations.
Ensure timely completion and submission of daily work sheets and maintenance records.
Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
Become an AP for your site(s) if required.Requirements:
Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications.
BMS experience and multi-skilling capability.
Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills.
