Job Description
Temporary Receptionist for GP Surgery in Luton
**Please only apply if you have worked in GP Surgeries**
Temporary Booking Length: 8 weeks to start, with potential to extend the contract
Hours: 7:30am till 6:30pm
Days: 4 days a week (between Monday to Friday)
You will be working across two sites which are a 10-minute drive apart. It will be a full day at either site and not a split day.
Parking available on both sites
Duties:
Handling telephone calls, document workflows, processing repeat prescription requests, completing tasks set by practice manager or doctors, opening/closing front doors, maintaining cleanliness of waiting area and consulting rooms, keeping noticeboards and patient areas up-to-date, working collaboratively as part of our practice team.
Essential Criteria:
Must have experience working in a GP Practice
