We are working with an existing client who is looking for Prime Residential Project Manager to join their team in London.
The candidate must have experience working on singular super prime residential refurbishments.
You must be able to create, review and manage the programme.
You must be able to demonstrate:
* Monthly reviews of the project budget and projections.
* Customer survey mid project
* No defects at handover
* Subcontractor performance - no non recoverable variations or scope creep
