Job Description
Confido Education are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Redruth and for a long term opportunity at a 'Outstanding' SEN schools starting ASAP.
Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. The schools we are partnered with are offering full time, long term roles with the potential to become a permanent member of the school team for the right candidate.
Successful candidates will earn £91 to £100 per day depending on experience.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:
* Have experience working with children with SEN on 1:1 basis or in classes
* Preferred training or experience in Makaton, PECS, or be Team Teach trained
* Be passionate about working with SEN children
* Be flexible, proactive and patient
* Be able to communicate effectively within a team
* Be committed to work full-time
