Our large energy client is seeking a Sr. Organizational Change Manager for a GIS/Image Server upgrade and product model implementation . Location : Downtown Calgary full time (5 days/week). Contract Duration : Starting ASAP on contract initially until Dec 31, 2024 as this is when funding is approved until, but the project will go into 2025 and renew your contract once additional funding is released Must-Have : 8 years experience as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) participating in formal project delivery Experience executing change management deliverables for a project in in a team that focused on GIS and/or land imagery end users Nice-to-Have : Change management certification Extensive exposure to GIS technology, ideally with various ESRI products Project Scope you’ll be the dedicated OCM for : Front and back-end upgrade of GIS technologies and then a transition to a product model Note : Contractor must supply own laptop/equipment Apply
