Our client is seeking a Sr. SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to support the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. 12 Month initial contract, with possible extension. 100% remote (EST hours). Responsibilities Offer both Technical and Functional expertise Spearhead client requirement-gathering workshops, Offer valuable insights into system capabilities Guide clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions Guide the client through testing, reviewing defects, troubleshooting, and providing resolutions Must Have Experience as a functional consultant Experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Experience leading Testing efforts Associate Level Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Nice-to-haves: Excellent communication in French and English Apply
