Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support and refine FY26-28 implementation plans and benefits estimation. 6 month contract; hybrid model (2 days/week); 37.5hrs/week Must Haves: 8 years as a Sr. Business Analyst Digital and Contact Center knowledge (Genesys) Experience with workshop facilitation, CX Strategy, Business casing, etc. Nice to Haves: Public sector experience Claims experience Project Management Responsibilities: Prioritize and sequence capabilities to align with CX goals. Conduct business case analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, and risks. Identify and quantify key benefits to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and build consensus. Manage projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.
