Sr. Tech Lead with expert knowledge of Python and SQL to join our insurance client Location: Hybrid in DT Toronto Term Length: 1 Year with possible extension Client Experience Team is seeking a technical lead to drive technical efforts and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. As a Technical Lead on our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for leading the development of key features and solutions that drive our digital products and services. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, designers and other engineers to envision, design, and deliver industry-leading digital experiences for our clients. Must haves: 6 years of experience as Tech Lead of web application development ( HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .), with hands-on experience in frameworks like Streamlit or Flask . Expertise in Python for data analysis , with proficiency in utilizing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib . Comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes for the orchestration and management of containerized applications. SQL database Capability to operate within cloud environments like AWS . Nice to have: Asset management/ mutual funds industry knowledge What will you do? • Work with both technical and business teams to create and deploy digital applications. • Collaborate with business divisions to extract client insights that support better decision-making. • Execute data modeling experiments, document the findings, and evaluate the outcomes through prototype analysis. • Leverage Large Language Models to enhance business value. • Join forces with the data team to develop essential data products. • Offer advice on coding standards and conduct reviews of code.
