Our transportation client is looking for a Senior Development Team Lead (.NET/C#, Unity) to provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship for a complex software project. 1 year contract (possible renewal), Hybrid, Richmond, Must Have 10 years experience in Full Stack Software Development Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and Unity Previous Lead Experience, leading and mentoring development teams, with a focus on hands-on technical guidance. Previous experience working in an Enterprise environment. Responsibilities: Actively contribute to coding efforts, working alongside the team to develop high-quality software solutions in .NET/C# and Unity. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding the team in best practices, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting complex issues.
