Our HealthCare client is looking for a Senior Product Design Lead to oversee the design process and building of a virtual nursing assessment product that utilizes VR, XR, and AI technologies 2 years contract (strong possibility of extension), Fully remote but preference to Vancouver candidates Must Have 5 years experience in Product Design and development Previous experience in VR, XR, and AI Previous experience within a gaming company or similar Prior experience in a leadership role Nice to Have Have worked in a tech start-up. Experience within health care, assessments, education, or design Responsibilities Determine the ideal team to design the project methodology. Lead the design process. Help determine design parameters. Work with designers to evaluate core platform elements, and to support integration to Shift IQ. Understand VR/AR and new technology uses. Apply
