Our client is looking for a Int. Bilingual Business Analyst to support IT Gating & Governance Initial 6-month contract, possibility of extension, hybrid (2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote) in Montreal, Ste-Hyacinthe, Quebec City, or Toronto . Responsibilities: Analyzes business processes, designs or modifies procedures so as to improve efficiency and obtain the desired results. Analyzes the needs of the SQUAD members and other stakeholders, documents the business requirements to serve as the basis for systems' specifications. Reviews and challenges current operational/business processes and, where applicable, designs methods aimed at improving these processes involving one or more departments/business units Relies on his/her understanding of business processes and applicable systems. Acts as a liaison between the SQUAD and various IT departments according to the identified intake onboarding roadmap Demonstrates expert domain knowledge in business analysis practice. Works with the agile framework. Writes, reviews and recommends changes on documentation (business processes, and procedures) in order to facilitate stakeholder training as well as the integration of new processes and technologies within current operations. Helps the team estimate and plan the effort required to deliver objectives and improvements Carries out the different activities related to Intake tool testing, plans and performs system functional and acceptance tests on strategic system. Works with the SQUAD members to ensure testing coverage is complete, taking into consideration any downstream impacts. Takes part in the quality review of some deliverables and takes part in the follow-up and investigation of anomalies. Must-Haves : 3 years as a Business Analyst in the process reengineering domain Experience with Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for ITSM and collaboration Lean Six Sigma and/or SAFe Certification Excellent communication skills in English and French.
