Our client is looking for a Sr Bilingual Scrum Master to support process implementation and improvement in the IT Gating & Governance group. Initial 5-month contract, possibility of extension, hybrid (2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote) in Montreal, Ste-Hyacinthe, Quebec City, or Toronto . Responsibilities: Day-to-day operation and coordination of intakes for the cross-functional squad of assessors to review and process Work in close collaboration with ITG&G Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analys to facilitates planning, squad learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives, and adaptation of the process to ensure SQUAD meets established goals Facilitates scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc.). Builds a collaborative, supportive culture within the squad, encourages and enables squad members to seek out new opportunities to enhance squad processes and problem solving. Must-Haves : 5 years as a Scrum Master with a focus on process improvement Experience with Lean IT process implementation , with Kanban and Scrum techniques such as refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospection Certified Scrum Master (CSM) KPI definition and dashboard design Excellent communication skills in English and French. Nice-to-Haves: Familiar with Jira and ServiceNow SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SAS) Experience and knowledge in the insurance field. Apply
