Job Description

Our client is searching for an Intermediate Bilingual Network Administrator to support PBX Avaya network environment. Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension, Fully remote position. Responsibilities: Conduct customer station reviews, determine end-user requirements, and establish voicemail necessities. Assess porting prerequisites, and cross-reference existing resources with needs. Compile a station review document, engage in dial plan formulation, develop station templates, and design voicemail templates. Program user endpoints, voicemail boxes, menus, and call center agent endpoints. Prepare a complete design package for the installation team, including cut sheets and floor plans. Generate customized documentation for customer education and call flow design. Facilitate administration and end-user training. Deploy branch survivable servers at remote sites, patch them, and register them to the core network. Gather IP address information from customers for onsite components. Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate any third-party applications. Manage server and software deployment or upgrades. Oversee dial plan and call routing on CM, SM, and SBCs. Handle trunk configuration and testing. Facilitate Day 2 handoff and knowledge transfers. Oversee dial plan and call routing on CM, SM, and SBCs. Handle trunk configuration and testing. Must-Haves: 5 years as a Network Administrator using Avaya products Must Have Secret clearance level 2 Excellent communications skills in English and French .
