Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met. Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Write, review, and edit bid documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Track responses and follow up on bid submissions. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients throughout the bid process. Qualifications and Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in bid coordination. A diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
