Location: FULLY REMOTE (Must work PST hours)

Contract: 6 months-1 yr duration

Pay: 15-16/hr

Our healthcare client is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join their team! This role is a 6 month-1 year contract.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma is required
• Previous call center experience required
• Healthcare call center experience required
• Good communication skills
• Someone who enjoys research and investigative work
• Must have customer care focus (Lead with kindness and be a strong team member)
• Must have reliable home internet
