PC/Hardware Support Analyst
Requirements:
Installation: Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, including PCs, peripheral devices, and network infrastructure equipment (with guidance)
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing software and hardware issues of varied network and local applications (with guidance on non-standard applications)
Security: Installing and updating patches and monitoring software to protect client and server computers
Support: Responding to IT questions from employees and providing technical support when needed utilizing Good Customer Service skills
Documentation: Maintaining and updating technical documentation
Testing/Building: Building (PXi) and testing new hardware including software before full-scale installation
Specifics:
Experience with Windows 7/10/11 & latest Windows Server Versions
Experience with Zebra/Sato label printers (configuration and troubleshooting)
Able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
Able to transverse 800K warehouse for support throughout site
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team environment
Once familiarized with environment and standard issues have the ability to work independently for support
Dependable - 40 hours a week, on-time, available for OT with notice.
9 hour days - M-F (8+1hour lunch) 8am - 5pm. Some weekend coverage may be required.

Experience with Intune/Azure (Entra)
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Veeam Backup Solutions
Experience with Hyper-V
