Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced EDI Support Analyst with expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and hands-on experience in providing technical support for EDI transactions using the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform. The EDI Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of EDI processes, resolving technical issues, and optimizing EDI workflows to meet business requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our EDI and B2B Integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for EDI transactions, including troubleshooting issues related to data transmission, document processing, and system integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

· Monitor EDI workflows and transaction logs within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to identify errors, failures, or performance issues, and take proactive measures to resolve them in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trading partners to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring compliance with EDI standards and specifications.

· Configure and maintain EDI maps, trading partner profiles, communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP), and business process workflows within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

· Develop, modify, and maintain custom services, adapters, and business processes within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to support EDI transactions and integration with internal systems.

· Conduct regular audits and validations of EDI data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules and regulations.

· Document EDI processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, and provide training to end-users as needed.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in EDI and B2B integration, and recommend improvements or enhancements to existing systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to implement new EDI initiatives and streamline business processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Sufficient on-the-job experience will be considered.

· Proven experience in EDI support roles, with a strong understanding of EDI concepts, standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), and connection protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP).

· Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including configuration, customization, mapping, translation, routing, trading partner management and troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of B2B integration concepts, such as

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
