Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phones and route calls to the proper personnel or take messages when required
• Provide callers with information, such as the address, directions to the location, website and other related information
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
• Schedule conference rooms
• Communicating with Building Maintenance
• Scheduling (and keeping a spreadsheet for) performance reviews for employees
• Occasionally assisting the administrative and facilities team with ad hoc duties
• Complete the Specifications process and support Shop Drawings as needed
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Receptionist, or similar role
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals from all levels of the firm
• Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and collaborate
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required

Location:
This role is based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters on-site Monday-Friday, 5 days per week, 8:30 am -5:00 pm.
