Tech BA

The Tech BA will be required to translate the Tech requirements into User stories. Doesn't have to code however should understand what a Microservice is or an API is. Must be Tech savvy.

Participate in the Agile scrum events in order to achieve the above:
• Daily Standup with Scrum Team
• Desk Check Review
• PO Sign-offs
• Defect Review sessions
• Backlog refinement / Epic refinement sessions / Story refinement sessions
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of business analyst or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement
• Proven ability in understanding technical architecture documentation, systems diagrams, some data analysis expertise (e.g. SQL, reporting)
• Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
• Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
• Experience with API-based designs, microservices, web services
• Experience with Marketing Workflow or Campaign Automation
• Experience with Adobe products inclusive of AEM, Workfront, Fusion, and Frame.io
• Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
• Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
• bility to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
• Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
• bility to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
• BA or BS in applicable field of study
