Job Description
We have a 6 month contract to hire position open for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst position. The position is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in the US. The working hours are central time zone.
Skills: (in order of importance) Qualtrics Customer XM and XM Discover Advanced Proficiency, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, PowerBI, Tableau,
Mandatory skills:
1.Manage large multi-data source, multi-method data consolidation
2. Creating Cross Channel Insight Reports and predictive models
3. Voice of Customer Research
4. Qualtrics / Clarabridge
5. SPSS
6. SQL
7. Healthcare Insurance or Insurance
day to day responsibilities:
- Understanding member and provider experiences so as to provide leadership teams with actionable insights for improving them.
- Advising on analytical strategies to help teams produce cross-channel actionable insights along with conducting quantitative studies (e.g. surveys and channel interaction analysis) with various types of customers
- Produce deliverables that are easy to consume and be able to present actionable insights to senior business executives
- Insights Analyst, CX Analyst, VOC Analyst
