Job Description

We have a 6 month contract to hire position open for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst position. The position is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in the US. The working hours are central time zone.

Skills: (in order of importance) Qualtrics Customer XM and XM Discover Advanced Proficiency, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, PowerBI, Tableau,

Mandatory skills:
1.Manage large multi-data source, multi-method data consolidation
2. Creating Cross Channel Insight Reports and predictive models
3. Voice of Customer Research
4. Qualtrics / Clarabridge
5. SPSS
6. SQL
7. Healthcare Insurance or Insurance

day to day responsibilities:

  • Understanding member and provider experiences so as to provide leadership teams with actionable insights for improving them.
  • Advising on analytical strategies to help teams produce cross-channel actionable insights along with conducting quantitative studies (e.g. surveys and channel interaction analysis) with various types of customers
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
  • Produce deliverables that are easy to consume and be able to present actionable insights to senior business executives

  • Insights Analyst, CX Analyst, VOC Analyst
Internal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface: Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience: 1. Conducting surveys, analyzing findings, producing actionable insights 1. Building ticketing modules and workflows 2. Creating taxonomies, dashboards and reports to turn data into actionable insights 2. Creating service recovery / inner loop processes 3. Creating cross-channel and cross-tabulation CX/VOC analysis models and summary dashboards and reports 3. Using data analytics to create predictive models Education Requirement: Masters or years of experience equivalent (6+ years in CX / VOC analytics roles) Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Market Research or Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, CX/UX Research or Analysis or similar field Software Skills Required: (in order of importance) Qualtrics Customer XM and XM Discover Advanced Proficiency, SQL, R, Python, SPSS, PowerBI, Tableau,
