Location: 100% Remote

Our client is a highly regarded government contractor. They are performing a number of IT functions for a customer which is a branch of the government that tracks and manages the health and welfare of the U.S.
One of these programs is a large ServiceNow Cloud engagement
Our client is performing a number of upgrades, implementations, configurations, and customizations of ServiceNow applications including
These roles are 100% remote. The roles are funded for 12 months and could lead to a full time position with our client.
*The majority of the work will involve these 3 products
Responsibilities
The tester(s) will partner with the development team whose project most closely aligns with the tester's ServiceNow application(s) testing experience. The testers will work with the Test Lead to learn the methodologies used by the teams and then with minimum guidance, perform manual testing. There will likely be the opportunity to learn automated testing,

Must successfully complete a background investigation , fingerprinting and a drug screen

- *Knowledge Base
- *Service Catalog
- Problem Management
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Service Request

Responsibilities

Additional Duties Include:
- Design and develop test and testing requirements for the ServiceNow application which they are assigned.
- Partner with applicable technology teams to determine testing parameters
- Write test plans and create test cases for the product
- Conduct quality assurance and design performance tests using established testing procedures
- Partner with other department engineers and developers in creating practical test demonstrations for their assigned application(s).
- Troubleshooting any testing errors and streamline testing procedures
- Ensures that testing methodology and procedures meet company and industry standards
- Learn and execute automated tests.
- Prepare reports and analysis for testing
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience
- 2+ years testing user interfaces of ServiceNow applications including (preferably 3 of the following):

- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability and desire to work well with varying teams with shifting priorities
- Ability and desire to learn new methods and technologies
- Ability and desire to work independently yet assist others when needed
- Must be a US Citizen or possess a valid Green Card and able to obtain a Position of Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
Desired:
- Automated Test Experience
- Oracle. SQL Server, and or MySQL experience
