Required Skills : MongoDB - this will bring value - building data api on mongodb, graph or rest based api .NET core background Messaging - they are using kafka but ok with mq series overlap Hands on development - strictly backend and data Cloud native skills - azure preferred but flexible Kubernetes is their current on prem Good interpersonal skills, someone passionate about coding, personality and leadership skills will go a long way
