They excel in managing every aspect of hotel renovation projects, including due diligence pricing, pre-construction, model room development, material selection input and sourcing, project construction, interior finishes, and FF&E installation. With over 24 years in business, an annual revenue exceeding $55 million.

Job Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-end interiors and hospitality renovations. This role requires regular travel to project sites along the East Coast and Texas.
  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex projects, from planning through to completion.
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager
  • Field experience preferred; experience as a trades person or Superintendent is a plus.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in high-end interiors is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time (2-3 days during the week, bi-weekly) with all travel expenses covered.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Blue beam.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
