Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager:
  • Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
  • Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders
  • Assure all materials orders are executed
  • Daily project paperwork
  • Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
  • Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs
  • Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Partake and actively participate in company training sessions

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management or related degree
  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Experienced in commercial construction with a general contractor
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
  • Ground Up construction Experience Required
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer on commercial construction projects $10M+
