Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Assistant Director of Fiscal Affairs position is to assist in the department with maintaining the reporting integrity of the Budget Department. We need an experienced, well rounded individual to assist the CFO and Budget Director the overall operating Budget and also assist the Revenue Team in developing new Business plan initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Feasibility Studies and Resource Analysis;
2. Analyze Financial reports and making it easier to understand.
3. Reconciling with Central Office report, so we are in line of Central Office targets.
4. Able to generate Reports that explains and depicts true standing of our Financial situation.
5. Collaboration with all the departments in meeting our goal.
6. Define and develop data needed to provide the factual basis for plans and forecasting.
7. Participates in developing strategies and alternative approaches for improvement in the department in compliance with their assigned Budget.
8. Working closing with the Assistant Director of Fiscal Affairs to implement new Business plans.
9. Projects related to all Financial Matters in the Budget Dept.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline with an emphasis on accounting and financial systems; and two (2) years of responsible-level experience in fiscal management or administration with an emphasis on financial systems, management information and controls, one (1) year of which must have been in a responsible administrative or managerial capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in "1" above; and three (3) years of experience, as described in "1" above, one (1) year of which must have been in a responsible administrative or managerial capacity.
