Job RequirementsChemo and/or Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience required.Chemotherapy certification required.Experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks).Basic Arrhythmia experience.Needs 2 references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only).
Schedule InformationTravelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience.The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.During the traveler's assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
Additional DetailsTraveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile).UW Health is moving away from using outdated file formats for Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Profiles will need to be submitted in the following format: .docx, .xlsx and .pptx file types or our IS department will be blocking them and we will no longer receive the files nor able to forward internal to our hiring managers.
