Weekly Pay Range - $2285 To $2538 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Home Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Per contract, facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of skilled Home Health experience License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: Own transportation Job Description: - Home Health RN position in specified county and surrounding areas- Day shifts only; cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s- Patient ratio is 1:1, with potential visits to up to 6 patients per day- Must accrue 30 productivity points standard- First-timers are not accepted for this position- No weekend or on-call requirements- Clinician will not be required to float within their scope- Block schedule accommodations are not available- Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted and will receive the same rate as non-locals- Mileage reimbursement follows IRS Standard- Scrubs can be of any color- Charting is done using EPIC system- COVID-19 vaccine is required, though medical and religious exemptions and declinations are allowed- References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required. The year does not have to be consecutive.- Travelers should expect to float between all facilities within the state, with refusal potentially leading to assignment termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.- Providers will be supplied with communication devices, or reimbursements up to a specified amount will be provided for work-related cell phone use if devices are not supplied.
