Teaching Assistant
Location: Weston Super Mare
Hours: Full time, Term time only
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Fixed term contract until July 2025
Salary: £90 - £100 per day dependent on experience

Teaching Assistant Job Description:
Collaborate with the class teacher to design and implement customised lessons
Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Provide guidance for students to help develop and enhance their social and emotional wellbeing
Cooperate with fellow staff members and experts to address the unique requirements of each student
Ensure the security and overall welfare of all students What do you need to be a Teaching Assistant?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective multi-agency working
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs
