Contract Officer
Waverley Court


Salary: £42,717 - £50,550
Hours: 36 per week


An exciting position has become available for an experienced professional to take a specialist lead role in the monitoring, development and evaluation of all commissioned services within the Children, Education and Justice Services Commissioning Team.


Key areas of work include:


- Participating in the collection of specialist, detailed knowledge of current practice within the client groups, monitor major reports/ research findings;


- Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of commissioned services to ensure organisations are fulfilling their contractual service outputs and obligations and meeting customer need.


- Promoting good practice across the Children, Education and Justice Services Directorate within commissioned services through contributing to the development and monitoring of detailed service standards and practice guidance.


- Demonstrating the leadership skills required to achieve innovative and responsive approaches to meeting needs in complex multi-agency partnerships.


The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate prior to commencing.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
