Job Description
An award-winning, forward thinking construction consultancy is looking to add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing Birmingham team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a professional, enthusiastic and hands-on team working on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects.
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across an exciting variety of projects including modern Residential developments and regeneration schemes up to £30m and over 250-units, as well as Local Authority, Education, Commercial Office, Automotive, and Care Home developments both New Build and Refurbishments.
Working within a small but growing team, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from inception to completion working also in a Project Management and Employers Agent capacity.
The role comes with fantastic long term opportunities for development, as the team continues to expand, they're looking for professionals eager to make a real difference within a company, and make a long term impact in order to take on more responsibility and progress to Associate Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Experience within a quantity surveying practice/cost consultancy
Experience independently running projects to completion
MRICS or committed to achieving
Employer's Agent experience is beneficial but not crucialIn Return?
£55,000 - £65,000
