A Technology Teacher that specialises in Food Technology is required for a reputable mainstream secondary school in Stafford. The school is passionate and committed to making opportunities for students to achieve their best, whilst following the schools ethos that creates a respectful environment.
The full-time role starts September 2024 and if successful you would be working across KS3 and KS4 delivering Food Technology until December 2024, with the look to extend the long-term supply post for the right candidate. The school may also consider part-time.
The school are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated member of staff, who can create a positive learning environment for students.
Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply as well as experienced Teachers.
Applicants need to have:
QTS
Experience teaching Food Technology to GCSE Level
Excellent knowledge of the curriculum
Good classroom management
An enhanced DBS on the update service
A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
Instructors are also encouraged to apply as well as educators working towards QTLS.
All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to also support and provide market leading advice whilst in the role.
