Job Description
We are currently looking for a Surveyor for a client office in Orpington.
Requirements:
* Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps
* Previous experience surveying or estimating within the construction industry and having knowledge of the financial and contractual controls required on a contract4 GCSE’s including maths and English, NVQ level 3, professional qualification or equivalent Professional industry Standard or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence
* Operational awareness
* Financial awareness
* Excel – intermediate Users
* Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred
* Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent
Salary is negotiable based upon experience. We also offer a car package and other employee benefits on top of this.
