We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a critical project focused on Cladding and Building Facade works in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in remediating a live residential block facade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain high standards of work quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster excellent customer relations and address client concerns efficiently.
