Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a reputable residential care provider, offering excellent benefits. Our client supports young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the effective operation of a residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting staff to achieve the highest standards of care.
Involvement in team recruitment, including vetting, interviewing, and induction.
Liaising with internal and external teams to meet the needs of young people.
Contributing to team training and development programmes.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a senior role within a residential children's home.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services or willingness to work towards it.
Valid manual driving licence.
