With their Offices based in Berkshire, the company are an established and well-respected Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor who provide a full range of HVAC services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Private Hospitals, and Laboratories, with typical project values ranging from £100k up to £2m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a HVAC Project Manager to join the team.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
• Design review
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour
• Technical Submittals
• Overall Cost Management
• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
• Reporting into the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Significant experience operating as a HVAC Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Project Manager, M&E Contracts Manager
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical projects within the residential sector
• Proven track record of longevity with previous employers

Remuneration Package:

£65,000 - £70,000 according to experience, plus Car or Car Allowance, Travel expenses, Pension, Company Events, 32 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
