Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Warrington | Salary up to £30,000
You're currently a retail store manager. Or maybe you're an assistant manager or retail department manager. Maybe you're ready for a change?

What you'll need
To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll need to know retail inside out, because you'll be dealing with clients and candidates who do too. You'll be the sort of person who reminds customers what great service actually feels like. And you'll be the sort of confident, engaging, easy-to-build-rapport with type who's got a clever knack of turning clients into friends. You'll also be:

Resilient - when things don't go your way, you bounce back fast
Consistent - in the service you deliver, so people always know what they're going to get from you
Determined - to fill every job
Flexible - our offices are open 8am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday with a 4pm finish on a Friday, but you'll need to be flexible with your availability to ensure you meet the needs of your candidates & clients.What's in it for you?
Let's start with the salary. It's up to £30,000, but you can add at least £18,000 each year for meeting your minimum expectations. Exceed your targets and bonuses and quarterly incentives get even more generous.
