Our client are recruiting a qualified quantity surveyor. They are one of The UK’S premier manufacturers and exporters of fire specialist equipment and installations. They work with some of the World’s most prestigious brands and Tier 1 contractors.

The successful person will have experience dealing with the following:

Quantity Surevying

JCT & NEC Contracts

Tier 1 Contractors

Projects ranging from 20-750k

Uplifts on site contracts

Dealing with contract anomalies

Great Communication Skills

Attention to detail

This is a freelance position for a QS / Quantity Surveyor but there could be an opportunity for this to become more permanent for the right person. Hours will fluctuate starting with 20-30 hour per week with the scope to go into full time hours quickly for the right person.
