Project Manager (Drylining)
£60,000 - £75,000

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work with a family-owned contractor specializing in drylining and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside their existing team of Project managers. As a family-run business, they take great pride in their close-knit team and commitment to maintaining long-standing relationships with clients and customers throughout the region.
Performance Objectives
Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of construction projects.
Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating project teams, tracking project progress, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsible for all site management and finances & reporting to the Operations Manager.
Issuing progress report to the client team.
Dropline programmes on Microsoft Project.
Completing material take offs for projects.
Person Specification
Proven experience as a Project Manager in drylining scope packages, firestopping some riser doors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
Proficiency in project management software and tools

CSCS Black card
