Partner Account Manager

10 month initial contract PAYE

HYBRID WORKING - 1 day per week onsite in Reading.

Partner Solution Sales Manager needed for leading Tech company - responsible for partners' commercial performance and driving sustainable sales impact with partners and customers.

Duties / Skills needed:

End-to-end solution selling expertise.
Customer-focused approach.
Sales management skills
A deep understanding of technology (Cloud solutions)
Experience working within partner ecosystems, enabling partners to deliver market-defining solutions to customers.
Driving performance in the partner ecosystem and resolving issues.
Partner development and growth
Promote cloud consumption and digital transformation plans
Partner Sales and Acceleration
Develop go to market plans
Coach partners to transform their strategies around sales and consumption.
Facilitate collaboration
Partner performance and Impact
Drive adoption, usage and performance of programs and investments
Executive Relationship Building
Partner skills and capacity building
