- Cost Management
- Procurement & Tendering
- Client Management
- Risk Management Value Engineering
- Valuations and variations

Project Quantity Surveyor skills & experience:
- 5+ years of experience
- Degree qualified
- Experience with Tier 1 Main Contractors
- Major project experience of £15m+ in size
