Job Description

As a Technical Coordinator you will support the Regional Technical and Operating teams in achieving commercial objectives, budgets, and growth goals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about career development, with an eye for detail and a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing technical support to the Technical Director, Regional Technical team, and internal departments throughout the construction phase.
Manage relationships with consultants to ensure timely flow of information in line with the programme.
Ensure all design information is issued to relevant departments on schedule.
Oversee the submission of Building Regulations and warranty applications, including conditions discharge.
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve regulatory approvals.
Provide the sales team with drawings and specifications to ensure accurate customer communication.
Coordinate utilities appointments, including designs, quotes, and agreements.Ideal Candidate:

Relevant qualification or experience in Technical/Planning.
Knowledge of legal frameworks related to planning management and development procurement.
Strong technical, legal, and financial/commercial awareness.
Awareness of planning policies and codes of practice impacting land acquisition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Awareness of NHBC, LABC, and SBD approvals.Benefits:
