Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support students' academic and social development.
Utilse technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular feedback.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification.
Previous experience teaching at the primary school level preferred.
